Conference program ----- Invited lectures, contributed presentations, poster session, problem session, and software demonstrations. As usual there will be no parallel sessions. Official languages ----- The official languages of the conference are English and French. Location ----- The conference will take place in Université Paris Diderot (Paris 7) downtown Paris in the 13th arrondissement. Registration is open until the beginning of the conference. However, consider the opportunity to register before April 15, 2013 to obtain the early registration discount. A limited number of rooms has been blocked in different hotels until mid-March. Due to the high-level of reservations in June in Paris, you are recommended to book accommodation as early as possible. Participant support ----- Limited funds are available for partial support of participants; in particular for students, junior scientists, and mathematicians from under-represented groups.
