Alexandru Burdusel completed his PhD at King’s College London with a thesis titled “Optimisation Methods for Model-Driven Engineering”. His research focused on the intersection of Model-Driven Engineering and metaheuristic search. He maintains a research interest in search-based model engineering and is constantly interested in applying model-based optimisation to new domains.
