Letter to EC in order to address few requests such as:

  • Possibility to include PhD students in the exchange program
  • Add formally Ecole Polytechnique (France) as a new partner (was the intention of the submitted project, but the form was not properly filled out)

All these points have been already addressed to EC during the conference in October 2008. Moreover, HRSDC agreed on the first point by an email on 4 November 2008. For the second point, HRSDC will follow EC decision (email on 10 September 2008).
