Research themes

The research expertise of the Complex Systems, Networks, and Distributed Computing group covers areas of distributed computing theory, network science, and discrete optimization. The group's objective is to design algorithms and provide structural results for models of distributed systems, with a special focus on real-world complex systems. Two especially important application areas include biological systems and transportation networks. Some of the members of the group are also part of the Inria project GANG, which focuses on the design of efficient algorithms for real-world networks.
