To ask for a visa, go to France visas and follow the procedurs. This process can be quite difficult, but unformtunately IRIF can not help you with it. More useful information is provided by Euraxess. Upon arrival On arrival at the laboratory you will have to go to the secretariate (office 4001) which : will initiate all administrative and financial procedures, and will provide you with an office, a key, a building access badge and a canteen card If you wish to access the services offered to IRIF members (cloud server, chat, git, etc), please ask the secreriate to obtain an account. I you need a physical access to the ethernet network of the lab, please write an email with your name and your MAC address to support@irif.fr. To use the coffee machines you have to buy tokens at the clerk's office (room 4001): see Coffee at IRIF If you need a meeting room. To access digital libraries that need a subscription follow the instructions on MIR library, digital subscriptions, press (requires an IRIF account). To access the physical library (brick and mortar) go to the 8th floor of the building (see https://www.math-info-paris.cnrs.fr/bibli/) For postal mail (a.k.a, snail mail, surface mail) you may receive it in your letterbox in room 4068a (4th floor). To send a letter mark on the envelope the destination address, on the upper left corner your name, and depose it in the “courrier depart” basket in secretariate (room 4001).
